Dominic F. DeCesare was born in West Palm Beach and raised in Jupiter. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, he attended Nova Southeastern University- Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale.
James Richard Foster represents clients at Foster & Fuchs, P.A., in civil litigation, personal injury, probate litigation, business and commercial disputes, insurance coverage, and risk management matters, appearing in state and federal courts throughout Florida.
Lance C. Fuchs was a shareholder of Foster & Fuchs, P.A. for over three decades before retiring in December 2025, capping a legal career devoted to the firm and its clients. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Florida in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1994, and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1995.
Robert “Bob” McKerness Foster, Jr. was a Florida attorney, community leader, military veteran, and the founder of the practice that is today Foster & Fuchs, P.A. Born in Washington, D.C., on January 13, 1922, Mr. Foster moved with his family to Palm Beach County, Florida, in 1926, establishing roots in the community he would serve throughout his life and career.
