Dominic F. DeCesare is a partner at the Firm who was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida. Dominic received his B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2015, his J.D. with honors from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law in 2019, and an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami in 2022.
Dominic routinely handles a broad range of transactional matters with a focus on estate planning, probate, and trust administration for clients ranging from mid- to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and estates. He advises clients on sophisticated pre- and post-death estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax matters and has extensive experience preparing federal estate and gift tax returns, including Forms 706 and 709, for both taxable and non-taxable estates.
In addition to his trusts and estates practice, Dominic serves as general counsel to multiple corporate entities throughout Florida and across the country. He also advises clients on a variety of real estate transactions, serves as a title agent for several prominent title insurance companies, and serves as personal counsel to high-net-worth and prominent families in the community.
