Lance C. Fuchs was a shareholder of Foster & Fuchs, P.A. for over three decades before retiring in December 2025, capping a legal career devoted to the firm and its clients. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Florida in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1994, and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1995. Before entering private practice, he served in Washington, D.C. as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Bob Graham.
Lance concentrated his practice in estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate, corporate law, and business transactions. For nearly three decades, he served as counsel to the Florida Federation of Fairs, representing more than 50 fairs across the state, and advised numerous individual Florida fairs and their related industries. He also served as local Florida counsel to Live Nation.
Lance held an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating available for legal ability and ethical standards, and was a longtime member of The Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. His decades of dedication to the firm’s clients and to Florida’s Fair industry continue to shape the way we practice today.
