For more than four decades, John Fenn Foster has represented businesses, families, property owners, developers, governmental entities, Fair Associations, and other nonprofit organizations throughout Florida. As a Partner at Foster & Fuchs, P.A., he handles business and corporate matters, commercial and residential real estate transactions, land use and development, government and administrative law, estate planning, and trust and probate administration.
Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1984, Mr. Foster provides practical legal advice grounded in careful analysis, thorough preparation, and a working understanding of his clients’ businesses and objectives. Throughout his career, he has counseled clients through commercial transactions, real estate acquisitions and development matters, governmental and regulatory issues, business formation and governance, estate planning strategies, and trust administration.
Mr. Foster earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University in 1980 and his Juris Doctor from Nova University Center for the Study of Law (now Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law) in 1984. His business background, combined with decades of legal experience, allows him to address both legal and operational objectives.
